Mr. Tom O’Neill

Tom insists on providing an exceptional standard of care, delivered with the ultimate discretion and expertise. He has an excellent understanding of facial proportions, anatomy, form and function as well as the effects of aging on facial structures. Tom will ensure highly tailored treatment programmes to achieve outstanding results for his clients.
Tom O’Neill is a fully accredited Consultant Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon. He is a member of the GMC specialist register in the UK , a fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland) and is a fully registered member of the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. Tom has completed higher specialist surgical training and was awarded the Intercollegiate Speciality Examination FRCS (Plast) in 2018.
Tom is the only trained Cleft Lip and Palate Surgeon in Wales.
Tom is a highly experienced facial aesthetic surgeon with an extensive knowledge of craniofacial anatomy following his two additional years of higher specialist training in Craniomaxillofacial and Cleft Surgery at the Australian Craniofacial Unit in Adelaide and the Scottish National Cleft Surgical Services Unit in Glasgow. He also has obtained a Masters in Craniomaxillofacial Surgery from Macquarie University, Sydney Australia.
Dr Charlotte Eckhardt

Charlotte is a highly experienced Consultant Orthodontist, Clinical Senior Lecturer in
Aesthetic Medicine and Aesthetic Practitioner.
Charlotte has a long-standing practice in facial aesthetics and holds a masters degree in aesthetic medicine with distinction from Queen Mary, University of London. She is one of the few practitioners in the UK to undertake such specialist training. She has a deep understanding of facial harmony and knows how to achieve it. She works to the highest standards using the very best products.
In her role as a clinical senior lecturer and faculty member on the Aesthetic Medicine masters degree at Queen Mary, University of London, she is involved in training plastic surgeons, dermatologists, doctors, and dentists in the safe and effective use of non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Charlotte lectures nationally and internationally in the fields of orthodontics and aesthetic medicine.
